The season of Brisbane Unplugged will show it off as a Cabaret space full of colourful theatrical atmosphere .

Ongoing restoration is preparing it for a mainstream theatrical career in the not too far distant future...thanks to the dedication of the Queensland Government and the Department of Works.
Its history is rich: Dame Nellie Melba sang in its spectacular Concert Hall and some of the world's best musicians and conductors have graced it with their talents.

The Old Museum is as much a part of Brisbane as the river, and the transformation of its Studio One into The Backstage Club will put a great wide
smile on its beautiful old face!
